Problem

Mr. and Mrs. Beaumont had a large kitchen. They wanted to renovate their kitchen achieving a modern design and look into the possibility of creating more space in an open-plan kitchen concept.

They came across More Kitchens after seeing an advert in West Yorkshire Magazine ‘Going Local’ they saw the full design and fit service we offer and contacted us with a view to book a free design appointment.

The couple were visited by Senior Designer Julie, who started the process by sitting down with the couple to discuss their kitchen design ideas and requirements with a view to understand their personal preferences and existing pain points.

They explained to Julie how they wanted to remove the large walk-in pantry in the hope of opening the available kitchen space, giving them the option of installing large kitchen storage and fitting a small eating area. The couple also wanted shaker-styled doors to be a part of the new kitchen design.

Besides their ideas and requirements, the couple were keen for Julie to provide her expert opinion. Julie confirmed that the couple’s ideas were attainable providing they were happy for some internal walls to be removed.

With them also wanting shaker-style doors usually associated with traditional-styled kitchens, Julie proposed a classic kitchen design which blended a mixture of traditional and modern-contemporary features.

Happy with the proposed design, Mr. and Mrs. Beaumont were then invited to our Mirfield Kitchen Showroom for a second appointment. At the second appointment, Julie presented them with detailed CAD visuals of the new design, she then helped them around the showroom and assisted them in choosing their kitchen finishing touches. Delighted with the service and level of care to detail, they were happy to place an order with us.
