Kitchen Inspiration

We were very pleased with the way the project was managed, from start to finish.

From Simon's initial design visit to Rob's project management we felt that our wishes and concerns were taken into account. Everyone involved worked in an efficient and pleasant way and made us feel as if our project was important. The work proceeded seamlessly from start to finish and we were never in the position where we did not know what was happening next.

Particular thanks go to John, who fitted the kitchen and to James who had some very challenging electrics to sort out! At all times we were able to liaise with Rob who dealt very patiently with all my queries and concerns. Thanks also to the team at Head Office who were always pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Fantastic Project.

From my initial design visit through to the lads turning up to fit my new kitchen the entire process has been seamless. Special thanks to Julie who came up with a stunning concept that incorporated all our key requirements, Rob who project managed the installation and took care of absolutely everything and kept us informed through-out and the lads who fit everything and worked tirelessly each day until the job was finished.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Julie's design was amazing. We have a small kitchen but somehow she managed to fit in both a dishwasher and a breakfast bar.

The fitting by Gary and the team was excellent and Rob was brilliant in managing the whole process. There were a few hiccups along the way with items being broken on delivery (not by them) but Gary and Rob took it in their stride and solved problems straight away.

An extremely professional company and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

We couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen fitter than Martin, he did all he could to keep dirt/dust down to a minimum. He had to contend with ants during the process + very hot weather in our Bijou kitchen but always cheerful polite and helpful.

Excellent service as usual from Passmore. They did a brilliant job replacing our shower room 2 years ago so we were confident that we would get the same treatment with our kitchen and are not disappointed.

Gary our fitter did an excellent job fitting our kitchen in the expected timeframe and to a standard that we are very happy with. The rest of the team performing the underlying building, heating and electrical work were also excellent.

Passmore were happy to come up with solutions to a number of issues that were discovered once the work started on our old bungalow with no additional cost to ourselves beyond the original quote which was fantastic.
